At CHPI we identify any abnormalities here and in conjunction with the team devise you a specific recovery plan to reduce any deficits with handouts and instruction videos. Commonly calf and Achilles related issues need addressing but the smaller muscles within the arch are commonly a neglected issue. When rehabilitation is done correctly it is a very effective and easy way to reduce your heel pain.
